CARAT* wants you to buy with confidence.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we will exchange the item for you.

This is in addition to your statutory rights and providing the item is returned unworn within 28 days, accompanied by a receipt.

In the interests of hygiene and for your own protection we cannot accept returns of earrings – this does not affect your statutory rights.

Items purchased in the sale can be exchanged within 7 days.

Online orders, Concession or stockist purchases can not be returned at the Carat Boutique.

We partner with many 3rd party stockists who stock Carat London jewellery. For example; John Lewis, Fenwick, Fraser Hart & Ernest Jones.
