CARAT* wants you to buy with confidence.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we will exchange the item for you.

This is in addition to your statutory rights and providing the item is returned unworn within 28 days, accompanied by a receipt.

Extended Christmas Returns

Any orders placed on or after 15th November 2021 will benefit from an extended returns period until 15th January 2022. 

In the interests of hygiene and for your own protection we cannot accept returns of earrings – this does not affect your statutory rights.

Items purchased in the sale can be exchanged within 7 days.

Online orders, Concession or stockist purchases can not be returned at a Carat Boutique.
